The journey to Brendon’s Quality Meats started some 52 years ago, when a young Brendon began his apprenticeship at the age of 15. He managed businesses and incredibly, owned his own business in Bridge Road Richmond by age 25.

Brendon has become a true trailblazer in this very competitive industry. He has worked all over the world training butchers as well as working with TV celebrities such as Manu and Kerri-Anne Kennerley.

Brendon appeared a number of times on Hey Hey It’s Saturday, and with Sam Kekovich he founded the very successful Australia Day Lamb Campaign. Brendon’s famous butchery in Doncaster, founded in 1990, has enjoyed extensive press coverage over the years, and has won the coveted “Best Retail Store in Manningham” 12 out of the past 13 years.

Brendon and his team have been involved in the “Fashionable Meat and Livestock” spring lamb campaign – Lamboutique – and proudly work with Rivalea using their acclaimed Murray Valley Pork.

Brendon is registered with Meat Standards Australia (MSA) and Sheepmeat Eating Quality Standards (SMEQ), ensuring you the customer can always trust every product sold to you is superior in both quality and taste.
